What is Fire & Damage Protection?

At Parker & Go, we offer this to protect you from potential liabilities that may occur while using our dumpsters. Such as cracks, bends, or damage to the paint, logo, or dumpster. The waiver covers a wide range of potential damages making it a smart choice for your rental. WITHOUT THE PROTECTION you will be held responsible for any damages to the dumpster during the rental period. This includes paying repairs or the full replacement cost of the dumpster in case of significant damage.

What is Cancellation Insurance?

Cancellation Insurance allows you to cancel or reschedule your dumpster rental without incurring significant costs. WITH it you will receive a full refund of the rental cost and any additional services or adds on purchased in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule.

WITHOUT it, if you reschedule on the day of the rental, you will be charged the full rental cost plus the cost of any additional services or add-ons. NO REFUND will be provided in this case.

What is driveway protection?

At Parker & Go, we offer a way to ensure that your property remains undamaged during the delivery and removal of our dumpsters. The driveway protection would include the "ROLLISKATES" to ensure no damage to your driveway.

WITHOUT IT, Parker & Go will not be liable for any potential driveway damage made by our dumpsters.

how do i order my dumpster?

You will select your dumpster along with the optional add-ons. When your dumpster is ordered, we will contact you to schedule a drop off location, date, and time. We will pick the dumpster up after 2days, unless discussed otherwise. Upon retrieval of the dumpster, we will take the waste to the appropriate landfill or transfer station. You will then receive an invoice with the weight charged at $0.05 per pound. If you decide to keep the dumpster any extra days, that charge will be in that invoice as well.

do i need to be there?

Short answer. Yes, we would like for the customer or another adult in place of the customer to be there for dumpster placement approval and pick up.

Can i move the dumpster?

We have a strict safety policy against moving, pushing, lifting, pulling, or altering the state of the dumpster after it is placed for any reason. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. If you need a dumpster moved please contact us. Unless it's an absolute EMERGENCY. (FIRE)
